FAQ.

about Lagree & our classes

What is Lagree?

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact training method combining strength, muscular endurance, stability and core work in one full-body workout. Slow, controlled movements and continuous resistance keep your muscles under tension throughout the class – and yes, you’ll probably shake.

We train on 16 MegaPro machines, the latest generation of equipment developed specifically for the Lagree Method.

Our Intermediate Classes follow a consistent routine for two weeks, giving you time to learn the movements, refine your form and progress from class to class. Intense Classes feature more challenging exercises and variations and are individually programmed by our instructors.

While the MegaPro may look similar to a Pilates Reformer at first glance, Lagree and Pilates are two very different methods. Lagree has a stronger focus on muscular strength and endurance, continuous tension and intensity, using equipment (Megaformers) specifically developed for the Lagree Method.

Our regular Lagree classes are 50 minutes.

Absolutely. Lagree works particularly well alongside other forms of training by challenging strength, muscular endurance, core stability and control.

Yes. Our 50-minute Personal Training sessions are available 1:1 or 1:2 and are individually programmed around your experience, needs and focus. You can also choose the instructor you’d like to train with.
